Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Most clients are not home. You can provide a key code, hide-a-key, or use a lockbox. Our professional cleaners are vetted and background-checked for your peace of mind.

Are your cleaners background-checked and insured?

Absolutely. Every professional cleaner we partner with undergoes a rigorous background check and holds their own liability insurance, backed by our company's overarching professional coverage.

Will I always get the same cleaner?

While we cannot guarantee the same professional cleaner every time, we do our best to match you with your preferred pro if they are available for your requested time slot.

Do the cleaners bring their own supplies and equipment?

Yes, all professional cleaners arrive fully equipped with their own professional-grade supplies and vacuums. If you have specific products you'd prefer they use (like for delicate stone floors), just let us know!

What is included in a "Standard Clean" vs. a "Deep Clean"?

A standard clean covers maintenance (floors, surfaces, bathrooms). A deep clean includes baseboards, inside appliances, and detailed dusting.

Are your cleaning products safe for pets and children?

We prioritize health. Many of our professional cleaners use eco-friendly or non-toxic products. If you have specific allergy concerns, please mention them in your booking notes.

How does your flat-rate pricing work?

Our pricing is based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home. This ensures a transparent, "price-locked" quote with no surprise hourly overages.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may incur a small fee to compensate the contractor for their lost time.

Do I have to tip my cleaner?

Tipping is never required but is always appreciated. 100% of the tips go directly to the professional cleaner.

What if I’m not happy with the cleaning?

We offer a 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee. If something wasn't done to our checklist standards, notify us within 24 hours, and we’ll send someone back to make it right at no extra cost.

What happens if something is accidentally broken?

Accidents are rare, but we are prepared. All of our professional cleaners are insured, and we will work with you immediately to file a claim and resolve the issue.

Is sales tax included in the price?

In compliance with Washington state law, retail sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your specific city/county rate.
